Shipping and Returns

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any item can be returned to us for any reason. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return:
1.If you need to return merchandise, please include a copy of your original invoice. Contact us by email within 48 hours of your receipt of merchandise to let us know what you are returning, the reason for the return and what you would like for us to do.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a cash refund.
3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the merchandise to us along with the original shipping charges, unless we shipped an incorrect product.
4. The item must be returned in an unused and in sell-able condition for a full refund.

If you receive merchandise that was damaged during shipping, contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours from time of delivery.


***All packages are now sent out through UPS, but due to the logistics of package handling your package may be delivered through your local postal service. This may result in multiple postal markers.***


Free Runner INC reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Additionally, any customer can cancel their order within 48hrs of purchase via contact through email.
